International Student BA Language Requirement Petition Form

This form is for undergraduate students accepted to the University of Utah who are completing a Bachelor of Arts Degree and are non-native English speakers.  

• Please do not submit the form more than once.
• Please note that due to new policy, there has been additional processing time added by the Office of the Registrar and your petition may take up to 6 weeks to be processed. Contact wlc-advising@utah.edu for updates if your petition has taken more than 6 weeks to process and reflect on your degree audit.
