Congratulations to the Students that Completed Honors Theses this Past Spring

The Department of World Languages and Cultures would like to congratulate Laurel Myler and Colby J. Townsend for completing Honors theses this past spring. 

Laurel Myler (BA in Classics) wrote a theatre play titled Conversations with Caligula.  The work was supervised by Professor Randall Stewart. Her play is currently being performed at the Courage Theatre at Westminster College in conjunction with the Great Salt Lake Fringe Festival. Ticket info is available here.

Colby J. Townsend (BA in Classics) wrote a thesis titled Appropriation and Adaption of J Material in the Book of Mormon. The work was supervised by Dr. David Bokovoy.  Colby has been awarded the  J. Willard Marriott Library Honors Thesis award in the Humanities/Fine Art category.

Congratulations to both of them for their outstanding dedication and effort.
